NATA sponsors course work at the Hebrew Union College -Jewish Institute of Religion, in Los Angeles leading to a Master's Degree in Jewish Communal Service, with a concentration in Synagogue Management.

NATA provides instructors, field supervision and internships with NATA members, as well as scholarship funds.
