As Temple Administrators we all know that the only constant is change. From changes in leadership, to changes in programs, to changes in priorities, to changes in staff and clergy everything in Temple life exists in a constant state of flux.

Change can be scary, it can be chaotic, and people can be resistant to it; change can also be invigorating, necessary for growth, and an opportunity to be aspirational about your future.

At #NATACON2025 we will enter this Matrix together, embracing all aspects of change, personal and professional, while also giving you the tools to make change for your community as efficient, seamless, and effective as possible.

Hosted at the luxury Loews Ventana Resort and Spa; we will combine interactive workshops presented by industry leaders with dynamic events and celebrations of our colleagues.
